Service Scope and Applicability
IWVPN provides network acceleration across 110+ countries / 190+ routes to improve connection paths for cross-border access and international websites. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types and connection methods available at any given time are shown in the user panel.
Routes may be added, removed or switched due to maintenance, network conditions, adjustments by service providers or compliance requirements. Access to a specific website, application or piece of content also depends on the target service's regional policies, account status, device environment and network conditions; subscribing to this service does not grant rights to content on any third-party platform.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route usage and settings changes made through their accounts. If credentials or subscription information are exposed, update the password promptly and stop distributing the relevant information.
The number of devices online at the same time is unlimited, but use is restricted to devices managed and used by the account holder. Do not publish account credentials or subscription links, share access with others on a long-term basis, split, resell, rent or otherwise provide this service repeatedly to third parties. The account holder is responsible for abnormal use, traffic consumption or account risks caused by inadequate credential protection.
Fees, Traffic and Refunds
Monthly plans are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through the user panel. Before submitting, check the relevant order and account information so the subscription can be identified accurately. After a refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that payment will no longer be provided.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed service is located, and must independently confirm that their specific use case is lawful. The service must not be used to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, attack network systems, disrupt normal services, send malicious messages in bulk or conduct other unlawful activities.
Users must not test, interfere with or damage IWVPN websites, routes, user panels or related infrastructure. They must not use automation to generate abnormal requests or consume excessive resources, or impersonate another person or misuse payment information or an account. If clearly abnormal or unlawful use is detected, or conduct affects other users' normal connections, IWVPN may suspend the relevant access and review the account status.
Service Availability and Liability
IWVPN continuously maintains its routes and user panel, but network services may be affected by device configuration, local networks, carrier routing, target-platform policies, system maintenance, faults and events beyond reasonable control. Connection changes, access interruptions or temporary unavailability of certain features caused by these factors do not constitute a fixed promise of continuous availability.
Users should back up important settings and business data and prepare reasonable connection alternatives for critical work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IWVPN is not responsible for the content, policies, account decisions or service quality of third-party websites or applications, nor for losses caused by a user's violation of these terms or failure to protect account information properly.
Termination, Updates and Other Terms
In cases including unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious consumption of service resources, infrastructure attacks, misuse of payment information or continued violations of these terms, IWVPN may restrict, suspend or terminate the relevant account and services. Actions are determined based on the nature of the conduct, its impact and verifiable information.
Users may stop using the service. Before an account is terminated, users must resolve submitted orders, refund requests and account security matters. These terms may be updated when the service scope, features or applicable rules change; updated content will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy; plans, traffic and currently available options are shown on the plans page and in the user panel.
