Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy applies to the IWVPN website, user panel, and related subscription services. It explains what information the service handles, why it is handled, and how users can manage or delete it. Please read these terms before using the service.
Data Collection Scope
When creating an account, only a username and password are required; no email address is needed. The username identifies the account, while the password is protected and used for authentication. Information that users voluntarily submit in a ticket is used only to address the relevant issue.
Subscriptions and payments generate order records, including the selected item, order status, payment method, payment result, and necessary transaction identifiers. These records support subscription delivery, payment verification, refunds, duplicate-order checks, and accounting obligations. IWVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; complete payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment service, and IWVPN does not receive or store complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts.
When the website is accessed, servers may process page paths, request times, referring pages, browser and device categories, network addresses, and error information. This access analytics supports site maintenance, abnormal-request detection, and understanding page usage; it is not used to build profiles of users’ browsing interests.
Processing Purposes and Principles
Data processing is limited to account authentication, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, order management, troubleshooting, security protection, and site analytics. Data is kept separate by purpose and is not automatically expanded into unrelated user profiles after an order is completed.
Only the systems and staff needed for a specific task may access relevant information. When service providers support payment processing, infrastructure operations, or access analytics, their processing is limited to the assigned task. IWVPN does not sell user information or use order records for third-party targeted advertising.
No Logs
IWVPN follows a no-logs service principle. It does not record which websites users visit or which online services they use, and it does not retain browsing history that could reconstruct visited content. During network acceleration, it does not create long-term records linking a source network address, an exit route, and a specific access destination.
The system processes only the technical information needed to maintain the current connection, enforce subscription permissions, and calculate used traffic. This processing does not include access content; after a session ends, no connection log is created that can trace specific website activity. Aggregate traffic data in an account is used to apply the selected subscription or traffic-package rules and does not represent website access details.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface options, and necessary security markers. This data preserves selected settings when users change pages or return later, reduces repeated logins, and helps protect account sessions.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences will reset, and users may need to log in again or reselect relevant options. Restricting necessary storage may affect normal use of the user panel but does not change the no-logs principle described in this policy.
Payment Processing and Third Parties
Payment requests are handled through the Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT-related third-party payment process selected by the user. Third parties may collect payment-account details, transaction network information, and risk-control data under their own rules. They manage this information independently, and their processing is governed by the privacy rules of the relevant service.
IWVPN receives only the payment result and transaction identifier needed to confirm an order’s status, and does not require third parties to provide complete payment data unrelated to subscription delivery. For order verification, refund requests, or payment disputes, necessary order information may be shared between the service and the relevant payment provider to complete the user’s request.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Updates
Retention periods are determined by the purpose of processing. Account data is retained while the account remains active; order records are kept for as long as needed to handle subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and accounting requirements; ticket content is retained until the issue and necessary follow-up checks are complete; access analytics is deleted or converted into aggregate information that cannot identify specific users after maintenance and security analysis are finished.
Users can sign in to the user panel and use the ticket center to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Before completing a deletion request, the service verifies control of the account and handles any pending orders or disputes. Records that must be retained by law are separated from routine business data and deleted once the legal basis for retention ends.
This policy may be updated when service procedures, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, a clear notice will be provided on the website or user panel. Users can review the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
